Design and experiment of the double-seed hole seeding precision seed metering device for peanuts

A secondary seeding precision double-seed peanut hole seed metering device was designed to improve the performance of planting equipment and provide a solution for problems on high charge that can cause poor cavitation uniformity easily. The main structure operation parameters in terms groove length, height, seed-bed belt speed, rotation speed wheel were determined through theoretical analysis. Single-factor orthogonal tests carried out JPS-12 test bench, variety Jinonghua-3 selected as object. single rate, qualified variation coefficient spacing, rate chosen evaluating working performance. results single-factor showed is mainly affected by wheel, influence minimal. optimal height be 40 mm. length 27.3 mm, 1.51 km/h, 14.11 r/min. What’s more, regression model based established, number holes obtained after optimizing 98.84%, spacing 9.74%, 1.40%. Notably, performances meet requirement seeding.
